TOPIC: Group Registration in 2.7.2

Anytime I try to use the group registration (event is set to the default of unlimited size), I get the following message:

"This event is currently full and we are not allowing for any more registrations at this time. We do apologize for this, but would like to offer you to be added to our Waiting List. Fill out the following form, then if someone cancels their registration, you will be notified and given the opportunity to become an official registrant."

The waiting list feature is disabled.

The individual registration seems to function properly.

If I change the event capacity to something high (e.g., 50,000), the group registration does not ask for individual group members. It jumps straight to the billing inquiry page. If the process is completed, the records page captures the registration with the correct number of group members; however, the group member information is empty.

Can anyone please shed some light on this? It's really discouraging to upgrade to fix bugs only to break other features.

Disregard. The event capacity still appears to be an issue but I understand now what is meant by simple v detailed group registration.

We have confirmed this issue. Working on it now.
