When registering on the front end, after the payment page, it doesn't show the Thank You message. It shows a blank page (no text). I have text in the main Configuration Thank You message and in the event's Thank You message. It shows nothing.
I'm assuming you tested using Pay Later. There are two different thank you messages... a regular one used for paid records, then a separate Pay Later Thank you message. These same two messages can also be configured per event.
Yes, you are right about me testing using Pay Later. I should have specified that.
But I have the "Custom Pay Later Thank You Message" in the event Enabled, and I have text in it.
I also have text in the "Pay Later Thank You Message" in the main configuration.
I am having the same issue on my website, heatevt.com.
I am using the following application versions:
->DT register v2.7.2
->Community Builder v1.3.1
->Jevents v1.5.5
->Joomla v1.5.15
I am synchronized with CB. And the thank you message does not appear for registered and non-registered users. I am only using the Pay Later option at this time but there is a message in it. I have checked and all the registration information is making it into the records. I have the configuration "Joomla User Auto-Creation:" set to Yes/optional. But have not had a message about registering or a check box on the actual registration page to make this happen. Let me know if you need any other information to help figure this out.
Guys... is this happening to you on individual or group registrations?
cageman - there will be no email sent about the new Joomla user account. You can include the username and password in the thank you email so a separate email from Joomla is not needed.
