I have found the fee field works if not a conditional option...this was ok for one of our sites but I'm waiting for a answer or a fix to this before I can launch the other site. I've done the tickets (not assigned as of today to anyone), watched and re watched the vids, spent multiple hours going item by item and finally came to the only temp fix of not making it a conditional field for now. And yes I've done your updates to the latest. However this is something that was confirmed in a email as a pre-sale question and needs to be that way for this site. If this is a error on my end awesome but I need a response to know this and if it is a programming error I need this fixed or at the minimum a answer please!
I've seen this issue, but I managed to get it to work.
I openned the event and fiddled with the fields, fiddled with the fee field itself and eventually it started working. Unfortunately I cannot tell you what fixed it...
Guys, please update to 2.7.2. As of this package, there are no known fee field issues. If you still find a problem, inform through your ticket and we'll go from there.
I've done the upload, messaged back on my ticket, deleted all fields and started over one by one, double checked everything and as soon as I have a conditional field added to the fee field I still get the white screen with the "Total Registration amount" only....this is now a huge problem as I purchased two licenses and made do with one site however the other one needs to go live this week and if I can not have this resolved I need to move on. As I stated in my ticket if I'm doing something wrong my bad but I need to know this otherwise this is a non functional program. My login info is all in the ticket..
I too have this issue.
It's just so disappointing.
Here's my scenario >
Fee field is the parent of another two conditional fields.
However I've also just added another fee field that is very simple and it doesn't work either.
Then if I create a new test event, that doesn't have any conditional fields... the fee field works fine.
So seems to me that there is a bug with the conditional fields screwing up not only the fee fields but also each other.
My situation requires me to have multiple conditional fields, for example selecting YES on one field actually make another 2 or more fields appear.
Please advise, I have submitted a ticket with Super Admin access.
Firstly I created a whole new event, applied a simple fee field and all worked fine.
Created conditional field along with a fee field... again all is well.
Created a second conditional field and broken. Unpublish second conditional field, all working again.
So it would seem that currently there can only be one conditional field rather than multiples?
I've tested this extensively now and whilst I'm unsure why this wasn't working in my first event... I can now confirm that the fee field along with a conditional field does in fact work... but MULTIPLE conditional fields do not work
