None of my event link work? I keep getting "You are not authorized to view this page. "

Any ideas?

Upgraded from 2.6.8e to 2.7.1

I had the same problem... But fortunately (though after what seemed like hours) I found the problem (at least for me). In the DT Register menu, choose "Catagories". For me the Statuses of my catagories was turned off. Once I reenabled them, everything worked again. I think upgrading to 2.7.1 turns them off by mistake.

I just wish I would have realized it sooner...But who needs sleep anyways... Highly overrated. LOL

Good Luck, I hope that fixes yours too.

Never thought of checking that... now I re-installed it back to 2.6.8e. UGH!

Who needs sleep, right.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot again. RESOLVED:
Yes, that was it but now I ran into another issue so I'll post that separately. Not seeing the names of the stored records from earlier event registrations.

Thanks for your help.

It worked for me. Somehow, my categories went to red X, disabled. I enabled them and everything started working again. The only changes i made were adding the categories themselves (and I am 90% sure everything worked after that), then adding a location, then assigning a category to an event. Somewhere along the line, the categories became disabled (assuming they were enabled, I am pretty sure it was working after I first created them).

Thanks to Nathan, he pointed out that I did not select the Migration Tool when converting over from 2.6.8. That was found in the back-end component tab to DT Register.

That was it.
