Yesterday (Dec 31), all my published events were showing, all 17 of them. This morning my preview gives me a "There are currently no events setup for registration" message. All my date ranges include Jan 1, 2011?

I have reverted to 2.6.9 because i was having so much trouble with 2.7.x and i need to go live in four days.

Anybody have any bright ideas.

I have discovered that if i change the date in the center of the front end registration from from "month" "year" to "month" 2010 my events reappear. However if i change it to Jan 2010 they disappear. I tried a couple of other months and the events disappeared.

Am i going to have to tell my users that they have to reset the year date but don't touch that month? Will they trust me with their credit card number after that ugly kluge has been requested? I don't know if i would.

Happy New Year

I have solved the problem. It originates with JEvents (not a problem for all who have gone to 2.7.x and unlinked JEvents). If you are using a version of DTEvents which requires JEvents you can not have the dates of the event span a year. I changed all the starts to 1/1/2011 and all the events appear with the registration form set to the default "month" 2011.

BTW, the problems i was having with 2.7.1c was my own fault. Like an idiot when i transferred the site from my WAMP server to the live site using Akeeba backup i did NOT delete the old site but put the new one right on top of it. l did not realize this until after i reverted.

I am staying with the old system because if i upgrade now i will have to create a custom thank you / confirmation for each of the 17 events instead of using the global [CONTACT_CUSTOM_FIELDS] which no longer exists.
