Hi guys! I know you've been busy, and sometimes can skip some forum posts.
I have asked 5 important questions and got no answers. I don't like the idea to draw the attention like this, but it seems I have no choice, I can't wait for weeks.

It's written not to make the double-posts, but I would suggest not to ignore them and give at least the quick answer to let us know that the problem has taken into consideration, or it looks like you just didn't read it at all, especially when there's no answers for weeks.
We happened to be your customers, so please, pay a little bit more attention to us.
