When I have special events and seminars I often use the EventLink plug in so people can register when they see the article. These special events are also posted on the Front Page of my site so people can see them quickly.
One thing I've noticed in all versions of DT Register to date (2.6.x - 2.7.1x inclusive) is that the "Register Now" button does not show up on either the Front Page display of the article (
http://www.pittsburgh-dog-training.com/
) nor the copy of the article under any submenu (such as Events/Agility Events),
http://www.pittsburgh-dog-training.com/ ... &Itemid=42
. If you click on the actual article, which many won't do because they don't realize the titles are links, then you see the "Register Now" button.
Is there any way to get the button to show up on the Front Page display of the article? If this was possible it would be a huge benefit to me, and I'm sure others.
The plugin will only show the buttons on the full article display at this time. Showing the article in blog formats like you are doing will not pull in the plugin... which is how almost all plugins work. We'll try to add an option for this soon, but for now, you can try manually inserting the plugin code on the page and it should show up.
