TOPIC: confirmation page not showing

In the feature set it says that we should see a confirmation page (as in previous versions) but I can't seem to get this to display prior to the credit card. It's basically not showing any payment info on the screen between the form & payment screen. Am I just missing something? in configs I do have confirmation set to yes.
