TOPIC: Group Member details not appearing in Thanks Email

This problem previously posted 23rd Dec, DTHAdmin asked what version being used?
Now using 2.7.1c still have the problem.Now 2.7.1d- Still a problem
We have set up both Thanks Email and Notification email in global DT Register/Configuration/Email. Using the same code for both as below
Group Members are :

{GROUP_MEMBER} [FIRSTNAME] , [POSTCODE] : {/GROUP_MEMBER}

we send the following in the Notification Email (showing line before & after)
Number of people registered: 2

Group Members are:

mel amiss , 2109 : Rickardo Amiss , 2103 :

Registration Fee: 500.00 AUD
We send the following Thanks Email
You have registered for 2 person(s) to attend this course.

Group Members are :

The total amount due is $500.00 AUD.
