TOPIC: Upcoming Events Module - Wrong ItemID?

(Using Module version 2_9_3 as included with 2.7.1b package)

I use the excellent DT Reg on a multi-templated sports site....

THE BACKGROUND:
I have a main Registration page with all events listed, and several separately templated pages for specific sports each with a DT Reg page showing only those events.....

THE PROBLEM:
The Upcoming Events Module creates links which go to one of the specific sports templates - and the same one every time.... Is there a way the Module can have a paramter which tells it what MenuItem ID to enforce????

As stated in your ticket, this is not a bug... DT Register links use the same Itemid as pulled from the main com_dtregister menu item in the database. We have now added to our list a new feature which we'll get added for this within the next few days if possible... plan is to add an Itemid parameter to each category so the Itemid used will be based on the category of the event. Thanks.
