TOPIC: order of the events

Hi, I'm using 2.7.1 version. All seems to work well, but still have two questions:

1/ The listed events are ordered by Name but I would like them to be ordered by Event ID - Where can I change this?

2/ I only use 1 payment gateway: the pay later option. Here people can choose between wire transfer and check. When they select the option, it's a shame the main bullet (the one stating 'pay later') is left unchecked ... Is it possible to have this main bullet checked by default?
