Have upgraded to 2.7.1 and still have this problem. The plus sign is there to view the group names on the frontend and when I click the plus the space opens up below but no names appear. All records are there correctly in the backend. Any ideas on what I should try to resolve this???

Hi!
Looks like there's no selection in the checkboxes 'frontend list' for the custom fields.

Hi
No I'm not talking about custom fields. It's where someone has registered a group of people for an event. When you click on Attendees in the front end, I can see a group has registered because there is a plus sign, but when that plus sign is clicked a blank space appears where the group names should be. All records appear correctly in the backend, I have 'Show Expansion for Group Members' set to Yes in config.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

What fields are you using for the group type registration (each member, not billing)?
To see them in the frontend or backend list you need to select them in the fields configuration. If no selection is made you will see only empty list after clicking plus icon.

Hi, thanks for your help with this. I've checked all the settings and everything seems ok but still getting the same result on the frontend. I've attached a couple of screenshots below. The first shows a typical field management screen of a field that should appear on the frontend. The second shows the Fields selection screen for an actual event.

Well a bit of progress on this issue. I uninstalled 2.7.1 and installed 2.6.9, no records were showing at all so I thought oops! And reinstalled 2.7.1 straight away and now I have the first name appearing for each group member but not the last name, even though all the settings are the same for both!

I'll keep tinkering and maybe get it sorted eventually!!
