TOPIC: I need to add an open amount donation field

We truly need to add an optional open donation amount field in this event.
DT Donate allows this. How can we add it into Register?
(We're still at 2.69 until things are stable)

This particular program is a fundraiser and there are those who can and will donate far beyond the requested amounts if we make it simple for them to do it all at once.

And for our other programs, it would great to include such a field to begin building a scholarship fund.
