TOPIC: Credit Card Number being saved in form

If I enter a credit card number and all form fields, then submit. When I go back to the form, the credit card number can be recalled by double clicking or using the down arrow to retrieve the card number, expiration date, and security number. This would not be good on a shared computer. Any way to stop this from happening?
