TOPIC: 2.7.0i / 2.7.1 Waiting List is saving record as Active

Waiting list is enabled for my event: "Enable (manual)" selected in the event config dropdown.

Full button is displayed. Click on it to register for the waiting list and it shows the "message to display for full event" message, like it should.

Upon the user finalizing registration, the "message to display after successful Waiting List addition" is shown, like it should.

Unfortunately, in the records, the status is recorded as "ACTIVE" instead of "waiting." Anybody else having the same experiences? Or does the "(manual)" in the event config mean that I have to manually select "waiting"?

Upgraded to DT Reg 2.7.1 and upgraded to Joomla 1.5.22.

This issue still persists (after successful waiting list addition, user record is being saved as "ACTIVE").

Anybody else have this issue? If you don't have this issue, please let me know your observations/versions.
