I have setup the latest version of DTH Register, and have the follwoing issue, while some drop down fee fields are working others are not. This is a major issue as the site has had to go live with this issue.
In short this issue is as follows. Certain fee fields are not triggering the fee change action. When I look in the fee field list (to right of event in admin event list view) these specific fee fields do not show up in that list. My other custom fee dields do but not those ones. I checked the fields and they have fee field enabled.
Please tell me how I can get them into the fee list / ror why it is not showing.
This issue was resolved through a ticket. It was an issue with conditional fields with fees that has since been resolved. lkpackard - make sure you have the latest build of DT Register. Also make sure you watch the selection fields video tutorial to make sure you set the fields up correctly. If you can't sort it out and you are updated, submit a ticket. Thanks.
dthadmin thank you for the quick response. I have two sites and one was a new install with the latest and the other is updated along with I re watched the vid and confirmed I did it all correct. I submitted a ticket and I know you guys are super busy but one is a live site and I soooo truly could use this fixed. THANK YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
