TOPIC: 2.70i DTR / Auth.net and confirmation emails

This is a multipart issue, hope some of you are maybe having these same issues we can solve together (i also have a ticket in as well).

#1 Inserted the correct Authorize.net information... It is acting like it is on test mode but it charges the credit card. It gives no confirmation that the card is charged to the person. before it would give the person a transaction number. I'm thinking this is related to #3's issue, whatever that one is.

#2When you go to the page to enter the Credit Card Number there is a check box if your billing information if the same as the page before. When you check it... it does not bring your information through... and then when I went through into authorize.net it did not bring my name into the program because it wasn't there in this screen.

#3 The e-mails that are being populated when I sign up are correct to the person who signed up... but the e-mail being sent to "US" with the member's information comes through as a blank e-mail. No information at all.

We solved #1 and #3 with Nathan's help (thanks!) but #2 looms - that checkbox that is supposed to bring over the info from the user's previous screen does not work, and people are not filling it in and thus their orders at auth.net are failing. We have had to take down our reg form for now, but it's at a critical time. We may have to look at having registrations come from another form solution other than DTR for this one.

Anyone else having the issue where if a user checks the "same as registrant" when they get to payment page, nothing fills in?

What did you do to solve #3? I'm having the blank email issue as well (only for the administrative confirmation). Any help would be appreciated!

The admin function now has it's own email = go into configs>emails and the third one down is the new admin email. (Nathan pointed this new feature out! thanks!) You can put in every field you need there just by tagging it with the same names as your custom fields, and format it how you wish.

I am having the same issue with "Same as Registrant" doing nothing. Has anyone resolved this issue?
