How can I change the copy in the Select Registration Type page. I need to change the "I am registering as part of a group" selection. What file is this in?

Hi!

This text can be changed in the language file, but if you need the file responsible for that page you need to go to
component/front/views/event/tmpl/options.php
This word in code looks like GROUP_REGISTRATION (around 53 line)
Then in language file it can be translated in any language you want
