TOPIC: Errors with the JEvents hack

I have applied the hack supplied with DTRegister. When the event loads. there is not styling whatsoever. my header and menu bar dissapears. The content loads and there is an error at the bottom where the link would appear.

Fatal error: Call to a member function setQuery() on a non-object in /home/faithcen/public_html/components/com_events/events.html.php on line 657

I am using Joomla! 1.5.2 and JEvents 1.4.3 and DTRegister 2.1.4

Are you using legacy mode? Did you get the right JEvents file according to the version you are using? I don't know if JEvents 1.4 works in J!1.5 with or without legacy mode. You should also use DT Register 2.2.2 in legacy mode instead of that older 2.1.4 version.
