TOPIC: Awesome Support

Mea culpa.

I have to admit, I was hasty in my criticism of the support in this latest version of DT Reg. Nathan has jumped on my support tickets and I've observed him working on the problems on my site (at least half of which were my own fault) at all hours of the evening and morning. He has certainly gone above and beyond and has responded patiently and diligently despite my nagging and whining.

Nathan please accept my sincerest apologies and gratitude.

I agree with you.
I was a bit annoying also, but as for my part, I actually love this team, I really do.
The component is really outstanding, and maybe this is the reason why we sometimes judge them too hard. If you guys have managed to create something perfect, the way people demand from you is getting different also.
If I were them I would get every critic as an honor.
I'm really looking forward to have this component stable and push it to my live site which absents this main diamond which will complete it.

Thanks for your comments guys! Your patience over the last couple of weeks is much appreciated. Glad we've been able to sort out issues for you. Still some work to do, but everything is in a MUCH better state than the initial release. We're still pretty behind on tickets, but trying to dig out.
