Hi guys!

Our company wants to create some kind of a tutorial for our own customers in the FAQ section explaining how to make payments, and also to create the tutorial for the staff members.
Before we run it for our customers, we want to test it ourselves using our credit cards and record every step.
I'm working in the japanese company and they always put a lot of time in testing.
I want to know if we can refund our payments without %.
We are using paypal only. Cards planned to be used are VISA and Master Card only.
As far as I know paypal allows refunds without taking % if they are made during 3 0 days or so, but I have no clue how this proccess looks when using DTR.

I would appreciate the tutorial regarding payments.

Thanks

PayPal used to allow refunds without keeping any fees. They recently changed that, so when you issue a refund, PayPal keeps the fee. I'm not sure if the entire fee is kept or just partial, but you definitely don't get it all back. However, if the amount paid is very small, the fee is not kept. We have found we can test with a payment of about $0.30 and the fees are given back to us when the refund is made. Hope that helps.
