TOPIC: Copy events in v.2.5.7a

Hello,

I am experiencing problems when I try and copy an event in DT Register 2.5.7a. When I go to the Event Management page and select the checkbox beside the event and click copy, the page reloads, but the event is not copied. I have tried this on a few events and I always get the same result.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Also, what are the steps needed to upgrade from v.2.5.7a to v.2.7?

First, I do not see an actual DT Register purchase associated with this username.
Second, 2.5.7 is old and no longer supported. You need to be running 2.6.9 or 2.7.
Third, to upgrade to 2.7, you would first need to upgrade your current site to 2.6.9 which is included in the 2.7 package. Follow the upgrade instructions in the package. Thanks.
