TOPIC: Custom Fields not recording Data

We've upgraded to 2.2.3, but the site still isn't capturing any of the information entered into the custom fields that we have setup. All the other information is stored except for those fields. Anyone else had issues with this?

The other strange thing is that it just stopped working suddenly a few weeks ago. It was working fine, but now - nothing. The only thing we did between then and now was upgrade at the Support dept's suggestion, but that didn't solve the problem.

Thanks in advance for any help - I really need to get this fixed since it's a live site!
