TOPIC: Need assistance with Styling and Format changes

Hello, I've been a long time customer of DTH, and have been very happy.
I've just recommended your Donate component to a client and I'm implementing it right now.
I must say that I'm amazed at how unstructured it is, which is making it very difficult to find the correct areas to be able to style the form.

Could you please either point me in the direction of a doco showing me this, and or give me some tips.
Essentially I want to be able to style the widths of the columns and style the various inputs radios etc.

The $field array is mentioned, but then I can't find it anywhere.
Also, is there another version that doesn't use tables to layout the form?
