TOPIC: "additional information"not showing in email

When I receive my notification email my custom fields are not showing up. this is very helpful because I am a non-profit church and people tithe to different areas of the church. I get their total given $$ amount but not the custom fields. I know I can go and find it but the email goes to my finance office and its doesn't show. Please is there a way to turn this feature on in the notification email
