TOPIC: "please not include the currency symbol"

Hi,

I have set pre-set amounts within the admin side of the module. On the front-end I check the radio box \"one-time\" and click the pre-set amount \"$10\", I get a message saying \"please do not include the currency symbol. There is no currency synbol.

Another issue is on the back-end when setting up the pre-sets, the name field is not supposed to show according to the help message. It does show.

It also says the description will not show. It does show.

I thought this was a great module for a non-profit org. and it is as long as you do not try to add additional form fields and pre-set amounts.

Any help at this point will be much appreciated. I paid for this module and have entered support tickets with no answer.

I had the \"donation type\" set for \"both\". Thought that might cause the error that I stated above. No that.

I set it for \"pre-set\" in admin, and on the front end I pressed \"one time\" and click on a preset amount. Then the \"process donation\" button did nothing, not clickable.

I would really appreciate if someone would get back to me. I am stuck in the middle of this project because this donation module is not working correctly.

I get the same currency message in the same situation! Any word on this issue?

I have not heard back yet. A ticket has been entered though. Hope to hear back soon.

I was also getting this error while testing our site. It only happened when I entered in 0.00 If I put in any other dollar amount it worked fine.
