I just responded to your email but want to post info on this topic as I know others wil find it useful.

ISSUE:

Custom fields data output has the spaces removed from the text

This is a problem because they could live @ 123 45th Street or 1234 5th Street.

Ex: Mycontributionisinhonorofjwinklmbradshow.
