TOPIC: [SOLVED] Problems with Paypal

I installed the component. But when I push the next button I´m coming to an empty page on my own domain...???
I uninstalled and installed again...the same thing happened. Using Joomla 1.5.7.

I need to get this to function as soon as possible.

Well, it seems that it is not Paypal where the problem is. The component is not taking in the information så when I push next no mail is going to or from mailbox.......

I sent in my supportticket 10:th of October. Nothing has happened.

Roger, as stated in your ticket, we apologize for the delay. This has been fixed on your site.

Explanation for any other readers... we initially responded to a very vague ticket that said the component was not working. We of course requested more details and access to the site to check it out. This info was sent in an email instead of added to the ongoing ticket as it should have been. Due to this, it ended up lost in the shuffle of emails and not with the ticket, which is where we keep track of support issues. After finding the info and putting everything together, the issue was quickly resolved, which is an issue that happens with some Joomla 1.5 users. We will update the install package with this fix.
