TOPIC: Problem Please Help

after installing the component, which goes smoothly, i go to edit settings and everything is fine...

if i select \'manage pre-sets\' i get the below error message:

DB function failed with error number 1146
Table \'db253891931.jos_dtdonate_presets\' doesn\'t exist SQL=Select * From jos_dtdonate_presets As a

also if i go to \'donation records\' i get the below error message:

DB function failed with error number 1146
Table \'db253891931.jos_dtdonate_presets\' doesn\'t exist SQL=Select * From jos_dtdonate_presets As a

and finally if i go to \'custom fields management\' i get the below error message:

DB function failed with error number 1146
Table \'db253891931.jos_dtdonate_fields\' doesn\'t exist SQL=Select * From jos_dtdonate_fields As a order by a.ordering

Hello. It appears that some database tables were not created on install for some reason. Please uninstall and then reinstall the component. Also, make sure you are installing the correct version. The download package includes an install for a 1.0 and a 1.5 version.

Not sure why, but the database tables for DT Donate were not being created on install for your site. We have manually loaded them for you. Sorry for the inconvenience!
