TOPIC: Left Side Modules Disappear

I have 1 module set to display on the DT Donate component page and it does perfectly. However when I select the Authorize.Net radio button and then click the \"Next\" button, the left side Module disappears.

If I select the PayPal radio button then the \"Next\" button, the left side module stays where it should be.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Edit: we are running Joomla 1.5.6 and using DT Dontate 2.1.5
