TOPIC: How to add and change section titles

I am trying to add and edit the section titles on the checkout page where the visitor enters all of their information. In the section that is for recurring billing there is no title. Also, is there a way to change the "Additional Information" title that comes up when you add an extra field? Appreciate any help you have to offer. Thank you.
