TOPIC: Preset Amounts Doesn't Send Email

I have 5 preset amounts on my donation form. The only way I can even get them to render on the front end is to create a "custom field" called Donation Amount. This field appears by the Captcha field on the bottom however while testing if I choose a preset amount to donate, it goes through the entire Paypal process and even records the info in the donations but the email NEVER gets sent. If I enter my own amount then it works fine and the email gets sent....except of the fact that it doesn't recognize the dynamic form fields.

This tool is very frustrating!
