I needed to rekey my transaction id because of suspicious activity on the account. Thanks to support for bringing it to my attention to check the reports at authorize.net.
I'm having the same problem; instead of getting the confirmation screen, it just give me the blank screen with a try again button. It works in Authorize.net test mode, but not when it is live.
We've had some suspicious activity with the account recently, but I've tried resetting the transaction key twice and it is still coming up blank.
Any thoughts? Does the API login need to be reset as well?
grigggraphic - First, make sure you have the latest version of DT Donate. That's step one. Then if you still have a problem with the current version, check your authorize.net account. See if your payments are even hitting the account... if so, you'll see unsettled items that show as declined. See what errors show there as the reason for the failed payments. If you don't see anything in the authorize.net account, then you most likely have wrong account info loaded into DT Donate so it's not even processing at all.
