The 1.5 version is about half-way done. It was in progress, but has been "side-tabled" due to other work that we had to put attention on. We will very soon get back to the DT Billing project. It WILL have a 1.5 version built, then later a 1.6. All of our components will be moved into 1.6 as soon as we can. Keep watching...
