A daycare center wants to offer clients online tuition payment. Can DTBilling support the following requirements:
List of items to be accomplished within the web-pay option:
1. Identify clients and payments due with established username and password through admin system. User login would be the same as their email address.
2. Email notification of payment/receipt.
3. Ability to increase and/or decrease tuition due by admin, with an expiration (i.e. coupon).
4. Forms of payments to be accepted include MasterCard, visa, AMEX, check/ACH, discover.
5. Option for partial payments and multiple payments, including bi-weekly and monthly payments.
6. Late fees to automatically generate effective 6:01pm Monday.
a. $25 due the 1st day
b. Additional $10 day each day thereafter
7. Allow for year-end reports to be generated by user.
8. Send automatic payment reminders by email on Friday and Monday.
9. Option for admin to restrict user from making payments if they have made two payments that have been rejected/returned.
10. Email notification to Center with confirmation after payments received.
11. No, late payments will not accumulate over weekend days b/c they are not open.
12. No partial payments. The user should not be given the opportunity to enter a lesser amount than what is owed. Of course higher amounts will be allowed.
