I am trying to set something up to offer gift certificates on a hair salon website. Do any of your extensions have that capability?

I'd suggest using DT Donate. You can setup preset "donation" amounts that would represent your gift certificate options.

You customize the email that the user receives, which will include dynamic details from their payment. This is what they could then print.
