TOPIC: PDF Invoicing

Hi Andy.

You shouldn't be worried. We are rolling out new products and in fact since purchasing the business we have rolled out 2 products to Joomla 3.0, introduced 2 new plugins and we are about to roll out a new extension. We ran into an issue with core files changing in Joomla 3.1 that put us behind as we had to rewrite a few things.

OK sounds good.... and thanks for posting.... I think many of us though would vote for increased stability of existing products than new ones - but I guess and hope you're working away on both

I'm a long-time fan of DTH product and I'm sure Nathan would have left it in good hands. That said, unless it was done and I missed it, it it'd be worth posting a blog entry or some kind of official press release to put existing and newcomers at ease to the change. Change is inevitable but transparency and open disclosure will do a lot of good for everyone. The reassurance will help the business! (my two cents )

Just jumping in, here, I build a PDF-invoice solution for a client using DT Register, we wound up building a Quickbooks-integration to feed all of the transactions into the accounting software, then configured Quickbooks to email out the PDF invoices.
