Yes, we fixed your site. I emailed you a little bit ago to let you know. Regarding the emails from auth.net, I'm assuming you have Authorize.net set to TEST mode in DT Register. If that is the case, you will not receive emails from them. Something you can do is set it to LIVE mode in DT Register but set your Auth.net account itself to TEST mode. THEN, you will receive the emails from everywhere.
