This is particularly urgent for me, too, since the Joomla update patches a security hole that has been used on my web site. That hole allows the injection of malicious code, and, man, has that happened to me. Turned my server into a spam bot. Every time I shut down one problem, another pops up. But I can't update Joomla until DTRegister is working. :S

I too, am having the same problems since upgrading Joomla to 3.4.7. The registration links no longer work. Additionally, the jEvents synch seems to have suffered as well. If I try pulling across from jEvents, the event will "blend" with another already published event rather than building a new event in DtRegister.

replaced session.php file from prior joomla version as suggested and all works fine. They must have changed that file up quite a bit with 3.4.7, the changes as displayed on DT registration pages were significant. Of course now my site is vulnerable as we await an update from DTH.

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a programmer was coding, Not even using his mouse.
The programs were all prepared, tested and engineered
In hopes that they would work before another Joomla patch appeared.

Nathan was snuggled all comfy in his bed,
While visions of session variables swarmed in his head.
As clients clicked refresh to see if there was a response,
Hoping to get sites patching, before hackers found the hole instead.

When out in the cloud, there arose such a clatter,
I ran to my keyboard to see what’s the matter.
Away to the system my fingers did fly,

Scanned drives, folders and code with my eye.
What did I find as I searched and breakpointed,
NORAD using up bandwidth to track the appointed.
A man with white beard, red suit, big belly and reindeer,

Causing brownouts across my network and multi-tier.
After finding the coding problem, and employing a quick patch,
I could now get back to my next regular expression match.
And just after code, unit tests and documentation was complete,
I heard "Merry Christmas to all programmers and to the users they meet!

We just updated the DT Register package to include a 3.1.6 for Joomla 3.x, the only thing being changed is the fixes for the new session issues.

As we came to post this, we also discovered that Joomla has released 3.4.8. Of course, you should update to that as well!

Merry Christmas!
