TOPIC: [SOLVED] Jevent Sync - J3.3.6 & DT 3.0.10

I recently installed DT 3.0.10 after it was sent to me to fix an issue with events not appearing in the backend of DT. I am still running J3.3.6.

I now have a problem with JEvent Sync where the program name is being pulled in, but not the date or time of the event. Does anyone know what's causing this issue and whether there's a fix? I have programs I need to sync and open for registration and I'm unable to proceed.

Currently, remaining with JEvents is our only option... it's category handling better meets our needs.

We have updated our system with the official new DT Register 3.1.0. Please download from My Orders and get updated. Also update all DT modules and plugins... don't forget the JEvents Update plugin. After doing all of this, your issue will be resolved. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this was listed as solved too soon.

The JEV data is still not loading into DTR.

I've had tech support for our server check our server settings to see if there is something blocking the data and that doesn't appear to be the issue. The drop down is populating but the data isn't coming in after selection.

Is there anything else I should be checking? What have issues been when this occurred in the past? Is there a max to JEV data that can be pulled? We have a lot of old programs still included there.

Any help would be appreciated. We have a growing list of programs we need to get online.

What version JEvents are you using? We've tested with the latest version, 3.1.45.

Also, did you update the JEvent Update plugin also? And is the plugin enabled?
