Sorry for the delay on your ticket, but it was replied to. This issue is specific to your site and due to cache systems in place. You have the system cache AND a 3rd party cache plugin. The 3rd party plugin (JotCache) is most likely the problem. This is not a DT Register (or DT Donate) issue. Remove or modify the cache system so it doesn't mess with the form session data.
