We missed deadlines because of the issue as well, but all was eventually resolved.
I found it helped if I was able to isolate the problem and explain in detail exactly how to recreate it. After several rounds of this over the course of 2 weeks our installation became workable. Correspondance typically took 1 to 2 working days between communications.
Even after going through all this I plan to use DTregister again. It is the most flexible extension of its kind.
I'm glad that it worked out for you! It's been over a month, and after answering all the questions they asked in detail, still no solution or response. I just upgraded and tested again - still having the issue. Created yet another support ticket, if this doesn't get resolved ASAP I'm going to have to get a new component. Very disappointed with support.
