I was able to clean up the page just fine using some of your recommendations.

One last question. Is there something unique (a specific code for example) about the page where you choose whether you are a individual or a group that would cause some interference with another module. If you see the link below, there is a tab module on the right side of the page . Something related to DT register on this page is causing the module to lose all functionality. The module works on all pages except this page and the DT Register My Account Page and I can't figure out why.
