Version for 1.7 is almost ready. Should be available by the beginning of this coming week.

Everything still on track now - or any last minute hitches cropped up that would delay this into mid-week or beyond?

I'm poised to upgrade minutes after this gets released and finally say goodbye to my old 1.5 site which I've been maintaining alongside a 1.7 install. Can't wait!!!

THANKS SO MUCH. This is great news and I have already installed the new version 2.7.9 on my J1.7 page with JomSocial 2.2.4.

But the issue reported earlier in this threat is still the same.

I still do get blank page when DT Register Records (JomSocial) is enabled.
Everything is fine when the plugin is disabled.

In your DT Register 2.7.9 notification you said, that if we are upgrading from 1.6 release to this new 1.7 release, there is no need to update all of the plugins and modules again.
So that means you have not changed anything on DT Register Records (JomSocial)
in 2.7.9 compared to 2.7.8.

I have already opened a ticket for this issue as this needs to be fixed.
