TOPIC: Joomla 3.5 Release

For us, DT Register 3.7.1 works fine with Joomla 3.5.1 -- but not with PHP 7. I would recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure your server is using PHP 5.6 instead of PHP 7.
2) Make sure your database structure is up to date: Joomla admin -> Extensions -> Manage -> Database. Click "Fix" if you see a message that the DB structure is not up to date.
3) Turn off SEF URLs to rule out problems with URL re-writing.
4) Apply a default Joomla template real quick to rule out problems with your template
5) Consider that the update from Joomla 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 was interrupted, causing a corruption. In this case, get a clean copy of Joomla 3.5.1 (full package) from Joomla.org and upload the package. If using FTP, be sure to set your FTP client to "merge existing folders" and "overwrite existing files."

thanks for posting. I am afraid that i don't really understand what you are suggesting to do. My skill with all this is very basic. I was thinking though if i uninstall DT register, then reinstall it, it might solve the problem.... any thoughts?

We are aware of some users having these issues after updating to 3.5.1. We are looking into it and will have an update out ASAP. There are no registration issues with 3.5.0.

We have updated the package now to include DT Register 3.1.7a, which addresses both an issue with the email registrants feature, and also issues introduced with Joomla 3.5.1.
