From my experience Amazingsusan the events display by the time of the event as well as the date
so in order they would be
sat 1 feb 9:00am
sat 1 feb 10:30am
sat 1 feb 12:00pm
and so on
Are you sure they aren't being ordered by time . Just something to check

Nah. They all start at same time.

They are properly ordered in the calendar. But not on the registration list.

Calendar on left is fine, registration seems be ordered based on when the event was created.

after re-ordering in the backend are you saving the order?
(clicking on the floppy disc in the top of the column)
Doesn't seem right unless it is something to do with an event config
or a global config

I'm seeing exactly the same issues, but I'm using only repeating events. The sorting does not seem to work for these type of events. (see thread http://www.dthdevelopment.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=91&jfile=viewtopic.php&f=16&t=6622 ) I have made a ticket on this.

ah. I got it. I have different categories and can only re-order within the categories. Thanks for your help

Can't put up new events from frontend.
All the fields are filled out then on save I get the error:
"Could not instantiate mail function."
