msquared... this is an old thread with an issue from an older version. Are you using the 2.1.2 version? Also, what payment option are you using and is it set to Live or Test mode?
hi sorry, i'm using the newest version.. just purchased today. I'm using paypal in LIVE mode. I actually was able to make a successful transaction but never received the thank you email. My other components send out notices fine. Thanks for the quick reply!
Okay, with PayPal, the problem would lie in your PayPal account settings most likely. After the transaction, what is the URL you are redirected to? There are various settings in your PP account for your website payment integration. It is possible you have something set that is conflicting with the correct redirection, therefore causing the DT Register process to not complete the entire process. Get me your redirected url and that will help.
