TOPIC: strange date sorting issue

Anybody have a solution for this? The client called again today about it. Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

The date sorting selection allows you to automatically sort EXISTING events. New events are not ordered automatically according to that setting. We'll try to make an adjustment for this in the new 2.7 prior to releasing it.

This issue still seems to not be corrected.

I have 3 events that repeat. One on Friday, Sat, and Mon. In the list, sorted NEWEST first, they fall in as:

Fri
Fri
Fri
Sat
Sat
Sat
Mon
Mon
Mon

Instead of

Fri
Sat
Mon
Fri
Sat
Mon


etc


Im unsure of why the front end list does not sort correctly when adding new events.
