Error message is gone, however my original problem is still occurring... it's not submitting the registration..... thank you for your continued support!
Didn't notice this initially... but the problem was setup. You had our JomSocial activity plugin installed but no JomSocial component!! As the readme file says, you should not install our JS plugins if you don't have JS. It tries to process the plugin after registration... but fails because the component is not there. Unpublished the plugin and you're fine now
Sorry, but my site is long standing with more than 60 registered persons and an array of events. Two new clients complained today that trying to proceed in the registration process, as documented by the earlier poster - gets "STOPPED" at the Next Step.
I experienced the SAME problem using my own profile registration from the FRONT END. Therefore, it is not the end user. Something has changed/expired in the code.
I have NOT added any NEW plugins, codes, etc. to the site since its installation and steller setup. REgistrations have been ongoing with no hiccup since June 2010.
Found the problem - Third Party Application "Intense Debate" comment system was activated this week and by unpublishing the plugin, the application works as before.
My apologies.
Need a comment system or application that will allow comments per event to faciliate what I was trying to do with the blogger app!!
