TOPIC: Text Fields and Security fields have no border

When I create a text or security field, there is no border shown (like the date field has) that suggests where my users type their data. Am I missing a configuration setting somewhere?

I notice if I use a textarea, I can get a border, but the spacing is, well, a little odd for me (it seems very tall) and is unable to be limited to the number of characters that can be entered (I've not tried that yet with a test field).

What might I be doing wrong?

The fields utilize form field styling from your template... so if you don't have borders on fields, it is 100% due to some styling in your template

Aha! Yet another new thing for me to learn about.... (sigh)

Any chance you can point me at what css item the input (text) areas/fields use for their styling?

The fields pre-defined in DTRegister all have boxes around the input fields. Custom fields don't. What is the specific CSS reference that is not working with custom fields?

You may be using an older version of DT Register... older releases, the custom fields didn't share the same styling as the other fields. That has been corrected so make sure you have the latest build of DT Register.
